Services are available to our patients 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Reimbursement
Assistance:
Medicare,
Medicaid and other third party payers are prequalified for direct payment to Shaw & Ott
Medical.
Discharge
Assistance:
We work directly
with Physicians and Hospital Discharge Planners to insure a smooth transition from
Hospital Care to Home Care.
Delivery
Service:
Free delivery,
set-up and patient instruction is included with all referrals.
Consultations:
Staff professionals
meet as required, with referral personnel or with the patient to solve any matter involving
home care services.
Patient
Assessment:
A staff member
meets with and assesses the needs of the patient with respect to the services provided.
